- Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Sew Francisco online store for handmade textile creations produced in small batches.
By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
- Products
Each piece is handmade with great care.
Photos and descriptions on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to fabric availability or screen settings.
These variations are not considered defects and cannot justify a return or refund.
- Personalized Products
All personalized or custom-made items (embroidered name, fabric selection, color choice, or bespoke design) are made to order.
According to consumer protection regulations, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error by the seller or a defective product.
- Production and Shipping Times
The average production time is between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on order volume and design complexity.
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to supply delays, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Sew Francisco is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email.
- Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery is available within the United States (and internationally upon request).
- Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase, using the secure payment options provided (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
- Returns and Claims
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
For non-personalized creations, customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or an error occurs, please contact Sew Francisco within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can find the best solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
