How long will it take to receive my order?
The production time may vary depending on the season and the number of orders, but it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I add my baby’s name to the lovey?
Yes, absolutely! You can personalize your lovey by adding your baby’s name.
There are two options available:
- Iron-on name for items in stock
- Embroidery for custom-made items
Just select your preferred option, color, and your baby’s name before adding the lovey to your cart.
Can I machine-wash the lovey?
I recommend hand washing your lovey to help preserve the fabrics and ensure long-lasting quality.
However, it can be machine washed if you follow a few guidelines:
- Wash at 30°C / 86°F max, on a delicate cycle
- Turn off the spin cycle
After washing, reshape all parts (ears, head, arms, etc.) while it’s still damp, and let it air dry flat.
Please do not use a dryer!
Can I machine-wash my Photo Album?
I recommend hand washing your Photo Album ONLY with a soft cloth.
I’d like a specific animal design, but I don’t see it in your shop…
No problem! Just contact me — I’ll be happy to work with you on a custom, made-to-order design.
Can I choose the fabric for my Custom Creations?
Yes, you can! Each creation can be made with the fabrics of your choice.
To do so, simply browse the Fabric catalog, then list your chosen fabrics in the Form Custom Order .

I already ordered a lovey, and my baby loves it — can I order a duplicate?
Of course! You can definitely order a backup lovey for your baby.
Please note that some fabrics are exclusive and may be difficult to restock, so I recommend placing your duplicate order as soon as possible.
Just email me a photo of your original lovey at contact@sewfrancisco.com.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery method.
